Refund Policy

At Fly zyra , we aim to make the refund process as transparent as possible. Please note that as a booking platform, our policies are largely dictated by the airline carriers.

Non-Refundable Fares

Most "Basic Economy" or "Promotional" tickets are 100% non-refundable per airline rules.

Flexible Fares

Tickets booked with "Flex" options are typically eligible for refunds minus a carrier penalty.

1. The 24-Hour Grace Period

In accordance with standard aviation regulations, many flights departing from or arriving in the U.S. may be eligible for a full refund if canceled within **24 hours** of booking, provided the flight is scheduled to depart at least 7 days later.

2. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change (usually 4+ hours), you are generally entitled to a full refund of the unused portion of your ticket, regardless of the fare type.

Submit Request: Log in to your Hub Dashboard or contact support@flyzyra .com.
Carrier Approval: We submit your request to the airline. This usually takes 3-5 business days.
Funds Released: Once the airline approves, funds are sent back to your original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds & "No Shows"

Refunds are not available for "No Shows." If you miss your outbound flight, the airline often cancels the return leg automatically, and no refund will be issued for either segment.
